Exchanges and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days from the date you received your package. Please include the completed return form and the invoice with your return shipment. If the form is not fully completed, we will not be able to process your return request.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, with all labels and tags attached. The product must show no signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is any suspicion that the product has been used or damaged by the customer. You can obtain the return form by contacting our customer service team.
Refunds
After we receive the product, it will either be exchanged as quickly as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company — processing times may vary.
Next, contact your bank — refunds may take additional processing time.
If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
Conditions

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Products such as lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, stockings, and skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Returns of these items will not be accepted.

Please include a tracking number (at your expense) when sending the package back.

On the day of shipment, send us a photo confirming the tracking number.

The return form must be printed and included in the package.

The product must be returned in unused condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

All returned products will be inspected to ensure they have not been damaged by the customer — items damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
